Silverlode is excited to have worked with the Lancaster Festival again on another economic impact study. The ten-day music and arts festival attracted roughly 50,000 visitors and featured a performance by Sheryl Crow during the summer of 2023. The festival has been a staple in Lancaster for decades, driving economic growth and enriching the community in arts and music through concerts, volunteering opportunities, children’s events, the ArtWalk, and more.

The Ohio Department of Development recently announced the 2023/2024 application window for the Ohio Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. The program awards grants for the demolition of blighted, vacant, or abandoned commercial and residential buildings that are not brownfields.
